About Us

Who We Are

When an urgent mental health crisis occurs, every second matters.

Our Mission

When people face poor outcomes, neglect, or systemic barriers, the answer is not another placement or delay. What they need is urgent, person-centred care in a calm, safe environment. They need compassion, consistency, and people who care about them – not just for them.

Nurseline Community Services was created to be that response – stepping in quickly when others step away, supporting people others may have given up on, and walking alongside them through even the most complex challenges.

Values

Impact

We take ownership of our results, collaborate effectively, and work towards improving lives – both our own and those we support. By driving positive change and embracing growth, we continuously raise the standard of care.

Community

We foster a culture of belonging where everyone feels supported and heard. Embracing self-leadership, we build trust, take accountability, and navigate challenges with resilience. Together, we learn, adapt, and thrive.

Compassion

We act with kindness and empathy, ensuring that everyone we support – and each other – feels valued and respected. Compassion guides our interactions and underpins every decision we make.

Our Impact

Believing in people is what drives us to respond differently. Our teams – made up of mental health nurses, community psychiatric nurses, PBS practitioners, occupational therapists, multimedia specialists – step in fast, stabilise crises, and build support around each person’s strengths, rights, and choices.

And the impact speaks for itself. Many people once at risk of hospitalisation or institutional care have gone on to complete college, enter meaningful employment, and lead fulfilling lives – all because someone believed in them long enough to stay.

The Team You Can Rely On

When the system says, ‘there isn’t time to build the right support’.
We chose to prove there is.

Supporting Future Nurses Through Our Partnership with the University of the West of England

We partner with the University of the West of England (UWE) to offer nursing students hands-on placements in community mental health care. Through real-world experience with our teams, students gain meaningful skills while contributing to compassionate, person-centred support.
