Our focus is mainly on young people in their homes and the local community. However, we can provide assistance for various age groups, between 0-65+ years.
Delivering short-term complex care on short notice, our teams create person-centred, tailored care plans with our humanised and outcome-based approaches.
With over 400 highly trained clinicians, we have one purpose in mind – to support people with mental health needs regain and maintain their independence. By using Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) practices, we welcome positive outcomes and make a real difference in the lives of the people we serve.
