I joined the company because family is one of the most important things in my life, and to be able to provide care for other families is the thing that motivates him the most and is his passion. I Joined NCS in September 2021 as a Care-coordinator and got promoted to Assistant Registered Manager in September 2022. I LOVE WORKING WITH THIS FAMILY. My goal and aspiration are to be the best version of myself.

I am NCS Admin and have been with the Company for six months. I have two children, 16 and 19 years old, enjoy swimming and have many dogs! I feel that joining the Company was the best decision, and I look forward to what the future will bring.

I started my career in Healthcare in 2020 as a support worker for End-of-life care, Dementia care and Rehabilitation. I joined Catalyst Care Group in 2022 as a Care Coordinator for Nurseline Healthcare. Within 8 months, I became a Senior Care Coordinator. Within this time I have worked hard to develop my knowledge and skill set to start my new journey working as a partnership spec listed for NCS.

I love to make people laugh!
I’m naturally very outgoing with a great sense of humour.
With previous experience working as a care Co-Coordinator, I have also worked on the other side as an HCA for a few years. These gave me insight to understand the job from a different perspective. with this experience, I am able to understand what the clinician goes through on a day-to-day basis. This in-depth experience will only help me to be able to do my job effectively.

To know that this could be me or anyone I love who might require the help and assistance with provide on a day-to-day basis. So, with that in mind, when I do my role, I always think about how hard I would need someone to go for me to ensure I get the best possible care every single day

Be kind and listen more than you speak.
I used to work as a clinician with a lot of families. I believe my experience as a clinician will help to develop the link between theory and practice. I believe everyone deserves access to timely and person-centred care that promotes stabilisation and ongoing support.

I’m a trained Psychiatric nurse with a career spanning over 20 years. I’m passionate about delivering care with compassion and kindness. I love working with people and there are no 2 days that are the same. I joined NCS when it started as Nurseline in 2011.
