Care That Adapts to Each Person
Our adult complex care service is nurse-led, supported by trained healthcare assistants (HCAs) who deliver delegated healthcare tasks under direct clinical supervision.
Depending on the complexity of the care, support may be:
- RGN-led, delivered directly by experienced Registered Nurses
- HCA-led with clinical oversight, where carers are trained and supervised to carry out specialist tasks safely at home
This structure allows us to deliver flexible, clinically safe, and person-centred care in home settings, ensuring the right expertise is always in place.
People at the Centre of Care
Our approach starts with people – their goals, routines, and what truly matters to them. We focus on the whole person, going beyond basic care to support physical health, emotional wellbeing, and daily life.
By working closely with families, commissioners, and health and social care professionals, we build support that brings balance and stability into everyday life. Mental health support is integrated into each plan, recognising that wellbeing extends far beyond clinical care.
Clinical Governance & Training
Nurseline operates under a robust clinical governance framework, ensuring all delegated tasks meet CQC standards and NICE guidance.
HCAs undergo structured theoretical and practical training, competency signoffs, annual reassessments, and supervision. For complex interventions like PICC or PEJ care, staff follow aseptic non-touch technique, safe administration procedures, and escalation protocols.

Case Study: L’s Journey
L, a young girl with multiple health needs, required constant clinical support during school hours. Nurseline provided a dedicated Registered Nurse to support her daily.
As a result, she returned to full-time education, joined activities like swimming, reduced hospital admissions, and regained independence – while her family restored balance at home .
