Meet Andrew Smallridge
Andrew is a family relationship manager for Nurseline community services. His role is to be the first port of contact for the families, ensure relationships are developed and created, and provide care for the families.
Before joining Nurseline Community Services, he heard many nice things about the company and Catalyst Care Group. However, he also joined the company because family is one of the most important things in his life, and to be able to provide care for other families is the thing that motivates him the most and is his passion.
Andrew believes being an active listener is essential to impact other people’s lives positively. Also, being at the right place at the right time and becoming the first port of call while showing your humane side and providing practical solutions to families is a massive part of making a positive impact.
Andrew wants all families looking for support to know that Nurseline Community Services is here for them, they are heard, and you are doing a good job.
