Person-centric support that enables autistic people to have an active and meaningful role in their communities through personalised care planning delivered by highly trained care teams.

Looking for autism support you can rely on?

Back in 2015, 38% of the people who were admitted to mental health hospitals across the UK were autistic. Today, this number has risen sharply, up to 70%.

Developing autism support that delivers proactive and specialist care for people’s safety and well-being brings us closer to our goal of reducing this number and moving people out of hospitals and back into their communities.

Start with an ADOS Assessment

Waiting times for autism diagnosis are over. Our ADOS-2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule) assessments are performed via our multidisciplinary team as structured observations that evaluate communication, repetitive/restricted behaviours, and social interaction in children and adults. The aim is to determine whether the profile matches the autism spectrum criteria accurately.

The Strengths of ADOS-2

Highly standardised, accurate, and activity-based

Useful for initial diagnosis and clarifying complex cases

Availability of ADOS with NCS: June 20th

The Autism Model of Support

Our short-term and long-term support is carefully designed to reduce sensory overload and create a calm environment. We use structured routines, visual aids, and personalised strategies to support emotional regulation and reduce behaviours of concern.

The care teams are trained in methods like PECS, Makaton, and other visual or assisted communication approaches.

Why Families Choose Us?

We have experienced and skilled nurse-led teams, allowing autistic people and their families to make decisions about their care and participate in the care planning.

Experienced MDTs with PBS and trauma-informed training

De-escalation support in the home or community settings

Seamless coordination with local authorities and care providers

Care Journeys That Redefine Support

What helps me the most is the trust and the openness. My favourite activity with them (support workers) is to go to the cinema. We used to go 2 times per week and watch different films.

Kelly

The Person

Meet Kelly, a young autistic woman who has always dreamed of becoming a nurse.

Strengths

Kelly loves art, horse riding, and baking – creative and calming outlets that connect her to joy and purpose.

Challenges & Support

Kelly experienced complex PTSD, attachment difficulties, which led to escalated behaviours of concern. She has been placed in a secure unit and needed support from 7 professionals, including an MDT, crisis team, and PBS specialists.

The Outcomes

  • Transitioned into the community and gradually decreased support to only three staff members
  • Kelly reconnected with her family
  • She is on the path to pursuing her dream of becoming a nurse

When care is consistent, patient, and shaped around the person’s needs and experiences, challenges start to reduce, and positive outcomes tend to follow.
